Who We Are
Blue Crew is a volunteer scheduling and communication app for Northwest Bible Baptist Church. The app helps Northwest Bible Baptist Church volunteers view schedules, receive serving updates, and keep important ministry information in one convenient place.
NWBBC Volunteers is the companion website used by Northwest Bible Baptist Church to manage volunteer signups, schedules, event assignments, and volunteer communications.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, volunteer application details, schedule availability, serving preferences, and messages or support requests you send through the service.
When you use the Blue Crew mobile app, we may also collect app-related information such as your selected event, volunteer schedule activity, notification preferences, push notification device tokens, device platform, and basic usage information needed to operate and secure the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain Blue Crew and the NWBBC Volunteers website, communicate with volunteers and event staff, manage event assignments, send schedule updates and notifications, provide support, improve the service, and protect the security and integrity of Northwest Bible Baptist Church volunteer systems.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications in Blue Crew, we store a device token so we can send app notifications related to volunteer scheduling, event communication, messages, or support. You can disable notifications in your device settings or app settings at any time.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate Blue Crew and the NWBBC Volunteers website, communicate with volunteers and authorized Northwest Bible Baptist Church event staff, use trusted service providers, comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Northwest Bible Baptist Church and others.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.

Children's Privacy
Blue Crew and NWBBC Volunteers are intended for Northwest Bible Baptist Church event volunteers and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
